Salon Policies

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without prior communication may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: Clients who fail to cancel at least 24 hours in advance or do not show up for their appointment will be required to leave a deposit for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late and another appointment is scheduled immediately after yours, you will need to reschedule.

  • If your stylist is running behind, you may choose to wait or reschedule at your discretion.

Deposits

  • All deposits are nonrefundable.

  • A deposit may be required for certain services or for clients with a history of late cancellations or no-shows. Deposit policies will be communicated at the time of booking.

Photo & Video Usage

Mz Mo Hair Studios reserves the right to use images and videos taken during appointments for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, the company website, and in-salon displays. If you do not wish to have your images used, please inform your stylist before your appointment.

General Policies

  • All services are performed by a qualified and licensed stylist or an apprentice under supervision.

  • We welcome clients of all ages. However, clients under 13 years old must have a guardian present during the service.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our services and products, all sales are final.

  • Opened beauty products, used hair extensions, or completed salon services cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
