Salon Policies
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without prior communication may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: Clients who fail to cancel at least 24 hours in advance or do not show up for their appointment will be required to leave a deposit for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 15 minutes late and another appointment is scheduled immediately after yours, you will need to reschedule.

If your stylist is running behind, you may choose to wait or reschedule at your discretion.

Deposits

All deposits are nonrefundable.

A deposit may be required for certain services or for clients with a history of late cancellations or no-shows. Deposit policies will be communicated at the time of booking.

Photo & Video Usage
Mz Mo Hair Studios reserves the right to use images and videos taken during appointments for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, the company website, and in-salon displays. If you do not wish to have your images used, please inform your stylist before your appointment.

General Policies

All services are performed by a qualified and licensed stylist or an apprentice under supervision.

We welcome clients of all ages. However, clients under 13 years old must have a guardian present during the service.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our services and products, all sales are final.

Opened beauty products, used hair extensions, or completed salon services cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
